The forest is populated by all kinds of trees. Some tower over 100 feet tall, some live off of others. The entire place is crawling with insects and other small animals. There have been a few pathes carved out through the forest in order to allow travel through the thick underbrush. The pathes are used often enough to not allow underbrush to grow over again. The sunlight can barely be seen filtering through the tall canopy of the forest. Allow light enouugh to see as you make your way through the turmultuous terrain.

Sata arrives at the outskirts of the forest having followed Draol. She takes in her surroundings, especially the state of the people. Of course it is my goal in mind to leave an impression on everyone. She also wouldn't mind looking for a suitable poor person to be charitable in the future. But today was a good day! Her partner in arms had eaten a lot, which meant good efficient business.

Lasr appears besides her leader with her hands upon the straps of her bag. She tugs on her umbrella and opens it up to block the sun from her already pale face. She waits for actions and briefly takes in the nice outside air.

Draol looks around and apparently sees what he wants as he beings to walk at a fairly brisk pace. He leads you two around a small grove of trees. A small cottage begins to continue around the grove. You can see a corpse on the ground at the edge of the clearing close the edge of the forest. He knocks on the door of the small cottage and a man appears. He is about 5'9", and well built with short brown hair and blue eyes. His hands were rough and callused, proving the amount of work he does. The two men whisper back and forth for a minute. "Sorry ladies, this is Rage. Don't you worry, he isn't as scary as his name sounds" Draol said with a small chuckle.
"Hello, My name is Rage. I care for livestock around here and I have been losing a to to a pack of wolves roaming about these woods. I was wondering if you could help me get rid of them. I have asked many, and all have failed." He said with a somber look.

"Leave it to us!" Sata exclaims with a bright smile as usual, giving Rage the livestock keeper a thumbs up. "I'd tell you that we are part of the Combatir Guild...but we're new to this continent so you haven't heard of us...yet." She turns to Lasr. "She's dealt with far worse things than wolves." At her comment, there was hint of darkness to her tone.

Lasr gave a deep sigh and walked forward and surveyed the area. Twirling the umbrella between her fingers, she could hear the clicking between the metal of her parasol gear's turning. It created a good sound which indicated her anticipation for battle. Soon Lasr dug into her pouch and pulled out a small cloth with a face plate on it. The silver plate had a thicker cloth embedded into it. What appeared on that cloth seemed to be a sloppily, smeared red logo of some sort. With closer inspection it was a temporary guild badge that she made a while back. She turned and looked toward Sata and gestured if it was alright to be reckless for the sake the priest's love for healing. Being hurt always seemed to be attracted toward the young lass. She pulled off her goggles and cleaned them before playing them quickly back on her head. Sata probably knows more than anyone in this world about me...

"Thank you so much!" the farmer says with glee. "I will show you where you can enter the forest. That is as far as I have gone, for I have no intention of going into that forsaken place." He says as his voice takes a somber tone.
"But, follow me and I will show you the way. Thank you Draol for finding someone to help me" he says with the same sincere enthusiasm returning to his voice. "It is my pleasure, these are friends of my people. As it turns out, this is helping the both of you" he says with a cheery nod. He turns around and walks back towards town. "Oh, and if you need to find me. Just ask the inn keeper" he said as he turned around for a brief moment.
"Well, If you will follow me, an entrance to these woods is just beyond this curve of trees. The path is fairly wide and you should have no trouble getting through the woods once you get in." He said as he shut his door and walked about 50 yards to the south-west. "The entrance is here" he exclaimed as he pointed to the small hole in the dense bushes and the cleared underbrush. The entrance would be quite awkward for anyone over 6'. "When you have finished, bring me the pelts as proof of your success. I will be waiting here"

"Gotcha." Sata points at the opening with her staff, turning to Lasr with a solemn nod of her head. Although cheerful when dealing with people, when it came to do her job, it was always a serious affair. I let her do her job, because as it turns out, it lets me do mine...is that ironic? the indication being that her guild mate would be the first to enter the forest.

Lasr confirmed the notion and pointed the tip of her open umbrella forward. She pressed a small switch besides the button that opens the parasol. The fabric top folded together and mechanically brings itself back together to form a very iconic looking blade. To her anyways... The stick part of the umbrella curls and reveals a red hilt, along with the guard. With a quick flick of the wrist she flips the blade into the air with one smooth motion. She catches it nicely in the same hand and judged the weight of the blade, which was considerably lighter than she is accustom to. Strangely enough she isn't using her sword and shield combo, but with given permission of her leader she wouldn't need the buckler. She slowly entered.

As you enter the forest, you can see that it expands much further than you had anticipated. As you walk in, the heat and light of the sun faded quite a bit under the huge canopy. A sudden change in temperature could be felt, and there was enough light streaming through the canopy leaves to see by. It is fairly wide open with tall trees spread far enough apart in most please to walk through comfortably. The height of the trees allows there to be very few branches art this level. However the underbrush is quite rampant throughout the forest/ As of right now you are standing on a path where the underbrush has been kept in check, but you can see that this trail does not go straight for very long,

Lasr glances around the thick forest and seeks the prey for their employment. Squatting over and examining the grass she realizes that she has no idea how she is going to find them. But she continues on a follows along the path until there is no longer one. Here wolfy wolfy wolfy...

Sata stays behind Lasr a fair number of paces, examining the brush and the trees. She pauses for a moment. The path is ending. If we go into the underbrush our movement will be limited... She looks up and around her for a tree to climb. "I know you wouldn't mind rushing into danger but... we might get a better view from up there. I just need to climb high enough so they can't readily get me."

As you are looking at the ground, you see faint paw prints in the dirt. The path you are on takes a sharp turn to the left and opens into a small clearing with sunlight filtering down. In the middle of this clearing is the corpse of a sheep. The smell as you approach becomes nauseating as you get closer. There are two paths that open up from the clearing one to the right, and one to the left.

Lasr pauses a gives Sata a hand from getting a better view. She peeks her head outward into the open space to take note of visual presented before her. She turns her head to Sata implying close proximity of threats. She takes the landscape into her mind and pans her eyes around.

Sata stays in the tree and nods to Lasr. After all, having close to no offensive ability, it would be best to wait until her friend was in absolute danger to jump down and heal her.
